Notes: Displays much stronger colors than the example shown in The Catalogue Raisonne. A rare, seldom seen Koitsu from the little-known publisher Takemura.
The Takemura Publishing Co., was a small-scale publisher based mainly in Yokohama area. Apparently, Takemura published about one new Koitsu print each month from early 1935 until early 1937. Due to their rarity, previously undocumented designs are still being discovered.
