Notes: Strong, blind-stamped embossing outlining the rapids. Limitation number on the reverse: #40/300 Provenance: Purchased from S. H. Mori in Chicago, mid-1930s. Three generations in an American family collection. Narazaki writes: "The sound of rushing water as it descends and collects in a blue pool. The black areas of the rock hollows smoothed the the water are effective. The autumnal foliage is brightly colored. The natural rock formations are intriguing".
