Hasui, Kawase (1883 – 1957), “Lingering Snow at Sensoko Pond”

Notes: Published by The S. Watanabe Color Print Co.; round Watanabe seal; first state printing. Hasui lived near the Senzoku Pond in Ueno Park in Tokyo for many years until his death in 1957. He visited the pond regularly in the morning and evening. A seldom seen 1950's design.
