Yoshida, Hiroshi (1876 – 1950), “Fujiyama from Kawaguchi Lake”

Notes: Brush signed and sealed by the artist. Red-brown (first printing) jizuri seal in upper left margin. The artist states in his 1939 book that 8 different blocks were used with 33 separate impressions. Especially fine use of shading (Bokashi). The Yoshida family has said that fewer than 100 examples of this design were printed. VERY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
