NOTES:
Notes: A superb early impression, displaying fresh colors throughout. This series dates from the middle of Yoshitoshi's career, when he was about thirty-eight, a decade before his well-known masterpieces such as his great series, "One Hundred Aspects of the Moon" (1885-1892). Unusual for Yoshitoshi, the entire "Collection of Desires" series came out in a very short period of two months. The series contains text by Tentendล Shujin, with several by Kokonsha Ujin.
