Notes: 1st edition Book titled, Japanese Wood-Block Printing by Hiroshi Yoshida. All 6 prints are still attached; as shown. Five original color woodblock prints titled, "A Junk" (1939) - show the progressive states of color printing and the application of each color. The sixth print, "Cherry and Hirosaki Castle" (1939) is a completed woodcut. Each print is signed in block by the artist. Also included as a bonus: a catalog from the Gallery Kabutoya 1986 show featuring many of Yoshida's rare oil paintings.
