Notes: Complete, with original envelope and tipped to the original presentation card. "Made in Japan", stamped on the reverse. The Hasui 'postcard' prints were first marketed in the 1931 S. Watanabe sales catalog. Some of the designs are clearly derived from earlier oversized compositions, whereas others seem to have only been created specially as small format prints. (Hotei V.1 pg. 136)
