Near mint overall state. A rarely seen work by Ishiwata Koitsu.
The production of Ishiwata Koitsu works did not achieve significant sales, which led to notably smaller print runs compared to his peers. By the 1930s, the S. Watanabe Publishing Co. was also suffering from a decline in sales due to a contentious global perception of Japan.
